Privacy
Short, because there isn't much to say. This website collects nothing about you at all.
This website
No analytics. No cookies. No tracking pixels. No advertising or marketing tags. No embedded video, no social buttons, no chat widget, no fonts loaded from anyone else's server. There is no JavaScript on this site at all, so there is nothing here that could watch you even if we wanted it to.
Our host records ordinary web server logs — the kind every server keeps — and they are used to keep the site running and nothing else. We don't build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell to anyone.
If you email us
Every "Book a call" button on this site opens your own email program addressed to us. There is no form here and no booking widget, so nothing you type reaches us until you send it yourself.
We get your address and whatever you write. We use it to reply, and to keep track of the conversation if you become a customer. It isn't added to a marketing list, and it isn't sold or shared.
Please don't send patient information this way. Ordinary email isn't a secure channel for it, and there's no reason to before an agreement is in place.
Patient data in the Indrix application
This is a different matter from the website and is governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement with each practice, not by this page.
The short version: the practice owns its patient data. We hold and process it so the practice can run, we don't use it for anything else, we never sell it, and we don't use it to train anything. If a practice leaves, it gets an export and the records are then removed, apart from the access history we're required to retain. How that data is protected day to day is on the security page.
Children
This website isn't directed at children and collects nothing from anyone. Child patient records inside the application belong to the practice and are covered by the agreement with that practice.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change ever affects a practice's data rather than this website, we'll say so directly rather than quietly editing the page.
